Hi! I’m Hannah,

I'm just a gal from New Jersey who found herself in the Midwest. Poetry has always been an integral (albeit hidden) part of my life. As long as I've had emotions and thoughts big enough to process, I've written poetry.

It took me a long while to allow my poetry to be something for others and not just for myself. But I've come to learn that it's often through the lens of others' experiences we're able to better understand our own.

Our experiences resonate, resound, and redound through time--poetry captures that echo of experience.

 

Poetry bottles up in beauty life lived out. It puts a finger on the true, good, and beautiful, even in the pain, the heartbreak, and cringe of our walk in the world.

 

So while I may just be a little slice of humanity, I hope you'll see yourself in what I've written--the unrepeatable, cherished, unmistaken, and still in process person that you are.
